Clear questions. Useful context.

Career reflections count the statements you say often fit your experience. Each theme has five statements; the combined profile uses four statements per theme. We show those counts rather than a universal score, percentile or compatibility percentage. Neither answer is a right answer. Limited experience or opportunity can affect a count.

The career-interest quiz explores four starting lenses: practical making, investigation, creativity and helping people. These are not exhaustive career families. Explore real roles, training, accessibility, practical constraints and your local opportunities before making a change.

These original tools have not been validated as psychometric instruments. Use them voluntarily for self-development and conversation. They do not predict job performance, promotion, interview success or career suitability, and must not be used to screen or rank employees.

Our shorter general leadership and communication quizzes remain available. These longer career forms focus on workplace examples and provide a more detailed reflection.
